Since 2004 embedUR has undertaken more than 75 major wireless projects for many of the leading companies in the Enterprise WLAN market, developing everything from WLAN Controllers, Access Points and CAPWAP stacks, to providing sustaining engineering on existing product lines and carrying out pre-certification testing on a variety of Wi-Fi enabled devices.

Over 7 years of WLC and AP sustaining engineering
We have been engaged for over seven years in sustaining engineering of Access Points and WLAN Controllers for one of the major Enterprise WLAN equipment vendors, and have become the first line of development support for the TAC and escalation teams of the vendor.

Over 75 Wi-Fi related projects (products and features)
We have contributed to, and designed from scratch, a number of Enterprise Wi-Fi and Wi-Fi enabled products including WLAN Controllers, 11n and 11ac AP platforms, Wi-Fi enabled residential gateways and Wi-Fi enabled Pico cells.

Deep knowledge of Wi-Fi chipsets and reference designs
Our experience with Wi-Fi chipsets and reference designs is incomparable. We have ported wireless drivers across multiple operating systems and wireless chipsets from all the major chipset vendors including Marvell, Broadcom, Atheros, Ralink and Intel.

Industry leader in Open CAPWAP implementation
We have led the field in implementing and debugging Open CAPWAP stacks and drivers, and have developed our own intellectual property around CAPWAP.

Experience with all AP architectures
Regardless of the AP architecture you have chosen (Fat, Thin, or Fit), or whether your controller architecture is standalone or embedded in the AP, we have the expertise to support you. We have practical experience will all three common architectures defined in RFC5415, and we have implemented controllers on numerous different operating systems and platforms.

Comprehensive wireless test lab and resources
Our dedicated Wireless test lab is at your service. It includes state-of-the-art equipment, which is used for interoperability testing, troubleshooting and bug verification, along with pre-certification of new products.
